[ linux users group of davis ]
This project was taken on the day before the printwork was needed. Two pamphlets and a flyer were to be passed out to people attending a Microsoft recruiting event at UCDavis. At the time, the Linux Users' Group of Davis, or LUGOD, was relatively new and had virtually no funds. The final work needed to be able to be printed double-sided on cheap paper using available desktop laser printers.
The total design including copy took approximately 8 hours for me to complete. Some copy on the general pamphlet was written by Jessica Luedtke, but all other copy and copy editing was done by me. The completed files were converted from PageMaker 6.52 to PDF, to allow ease of printing on any computer. View the original PDFs:
